| Cotecna expands its X-ray Scanning Services | | JANUARY 2002: Cotecna expands its X-ray Scanning Services
With the recent acquisition of a mobile X-ray scanner developed by Heimann Systems, Cotecna will build upon its existing X-ray scanning services. The newly purchased 2.5 MeV scanner is fully mobile and can be moved by road to any location within a short time.
Currently, it is in use for presentation purposes in Dakar, Senegal. Furthermore, Cotecna is operating a joint venture with the Ghanaian government at the port of Tema, where it invested 70% in a capital expenditure for a fixed 5 MeV X-ray scanner. | | | | |
